Most important work as administrator and creator of projects:

Since 1990 National Adviser for Danish choirs and orchestras. The adviser has his own homepage.

1978-1998 President of the Nordklang artistic commission, planning the Nordklang festivals and the nordic conductors' seminars in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.

1979-1987 member of the Danish State Council of Music.

1982-2002 board member of The International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM), 1994-1997 vicepresident for Europe.

1992 president of the Danish Europa Cantat Music commission, planning the Europa Cantat choirfestival in Herning 1994 for 3.000 choirsingers from all Europe. 1994-1997 president of the Europa Cantat international music commission, creating the Europa Cantat festival in Linz, Austria, 1997.

2005-2008 Head of IFCM's 8th World Symposium on Choral Music, which took place in Copenhagen 19.-26. July 2008 in the new operahouse at the harbourfront. The symposium is considered the most important choir event in the world and attracted around 1.200 conductors and presented 25 of the world's top choirs, around 1.000 choir singers.

From 2008 adviser for IFCM's 9th World Symposium on Choral Music, which will take place in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, 2011.
